How can I see my order status?

If you have an account, you can log in anytime to see your order status. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking info at the email provided at checkout.

When will I get my order?

Orders ussualy ship out within 3-5 busines days. Some items are shipped from our sister store in Korea before reaching our Toronto location, where they are then dispatched to you. The estimated shipping time at checkout includes this process, though occasional delays may occur due to Korean holidays.

Why is my card declining?

If your card is declining your billing address may not match, or you may have insufficient funds. Please contact us for further assistance.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Order modifications or cancellations are possible as long as the merchandise has not yet entered the packaging or shipping process. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

Are there duties for U.S. orders?

For orders shipped to the United States, duties only apply if the total order value exceeds $800 USD. If applicable, duties are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the shipping agent upon delivery.
