Shipping
- At this time we only ship to Canada and United States.
- Orders are typically processed in 3-5 business days. At peak times this could take longer.
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- We ship with FedEx or Canada Post.
Returns
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to request a shipping label.
- Exchanges are not possible. If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order and initiate a refund for the original item.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received; unworn, and with tags attached.
- Please be mindful of makeup or lotions when trying on clothes, as we reserve the right to decline a refund if the item is not returned in its original condition.
Canada:
- Free return shipping label provided.
United States:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
