Shipping and Returns

Shipping

  • At this time we only ship to Canada and United States.
  • Orders are typically processed in 2-4 business days. At peak times this could take longer.
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • We ship with FedEx or Canada Post.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to request a shipping label.
  • Exchanges are not possible. If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order and initiate a refund for the original item.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received; unworn, and with tags attached.
  • Please be mindful of makeup or lotions when trying on clothes, as we reserve the right to decline a refund if the item is not returned in its original condition.

Canada:

  • Free return shipping label provided.

United States:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
